NOV 2007                   

KM opens its latest UK store (KM12) at Midsummer Place Shopping Centre in central Milton Keynes marking the arrival of its latest High Street store. 

JULY 2007                   

KM sets in to place plans for the implementation of international collaborations.

These strategic alliances will be formed through;

·         Exclusive brand licence agreements.
 
·         Franchising.

·         Partnership alliances.

·         Sales agencies.

·         Distribution channels for the worldwide rights to sell the KM brand.

APRIL 2007                 

KM opens its latest store (KM11) at The Bridgewater Outlet in Banbridge, marking KM’s first
store to open in Northern Ireland.

MARCH 2007               

KM updates to a revamped and interactive website at www.kurtmuller.com.

Plans are made to add to the website infrastructure, international elements to service the worldwide distribution of Kurt Muller products.

KM shows for the third time at Magic Expo, Las Vegas and further substantiates its
previous successes in the proliferation of nominated KM retailers across the USA.

FEB 2006                     

KM launches the brand in the USA at Magic Expo, Las Vegas.

JAN 2006                     

Worldwide user rights for the KM trademark in different classes are successfully negotiated and applied in major international territories

SEPT 2005                   

The KM Woman range is trialed In 3 stores, resulting in success and the rollout to all KM stores
in the following month.

JULY 2005                   

As part of worldwide expansion plans, Barclays bank Plc is engaged as KM’s banking partner.

MARCH 2005               

KM launches its online shopping store and interactive website. www.kurtmuller.com

JULY 2004                   

KM10 at Gunwharf Quays Designer outlet, Portsmouth opens for business.

The database for the Customer Loyalty Privilege Club Card reaches 10,000 members. To celebrate this event KM rewards its Privilege Card Members with £1,000,000 worth of KM Money Off Vouchers.

MAY 2004                    

The second high street store (KM9) opens at Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh.

MARCH 2004               

The first KM UK high street store at Festival Place shopping mall. KM8 Basingstoke opens for business.

NOV 2003                    

(KM7) Mcarthur Glen’s designer outlet,  Bridgend opens for business.

AUG 2003

Proposals are revealed to enhance existing multi-channel retailing by entering the mail order market.

Robert Snodgrass is appointed Head of Product Design.

JUL 2003                     

KM announces its plans for product diversification to include ladieswear, toiletries and
accessories.

MAY 2003

KM unveils its 15 store expansion plans to include major shopping Malls in the UK.

KM opens a new Product Design and Marketing office at Oxford Street in Manchester.

KM opens its latest designer store KM6) at Dalton Park in County Durham, unveiling its latest
‘state of the art’ design concept and receives critical acclaim.

Robby Kumar is appointed to Head the Marketing Division.

FEB 2003                     

Directors visit the USA to conduct feasibility studies with a view for future KM store expansion plans.

JAN 2003                     

The database for the Customer Loyalty Privilege Club Card Exceeds 7500 members.

OCT 2002                    

KM opens its seventh store (KM5) at Royal Quays in North Shields.

APR 2002                    

KM opens its Finance and Administration office on Clayton Street in Newcastle upon Tyne.

DEC 2001

KM launches its first international licensed store in the Republic of Ireland.

NOV 2001                    

KM opens its latest concept Store (KM4) at McArthur Glen’s designer outlet at Livingston
in Scotland.

KM also opens its first UK licensed store at the Lowry designer outlet in Manchester.

AUG 2001                             

Baker Tilly are appointed as the company’s Auditors.

JUN 2001                     

Peter Rogan is appointed asFinancial Director.

FEB 2001                     

The first financial accounts for the year ending 31 August 2000 are released.

Based on the strength of these results, the directors undertake a series of professional
appointments in the field of finance and design.

NOV 2000                    

KM launches its men’s accessory Range.

OCT 2000

KM introduces its Customer Loyalty Privilege Club Card.

JUL 2000                     

KM launches itself in to the world of e-commerce and multi-channel retailing by
introducing its official website:
www.kurtmuller.com

APR 2000        

The new Millennium heralded the opening of KM’s most successful store to date. This store (KM3)
is opened at McArthur Glen’s Cheshire Oaks, one of the premier designer outlets in the country.

KM undergoes a period of Company consolidation and Management restructure.

The company prospers as the KM retail model is tweaked and strengthened in this period.
The directors work very closely with its retail staff to enhance
its product offer and sales density.

DEC 1999
                                   
KM opens its second store (KM2) at Freeport Braintree in Essex. Prominently located the store
area consists of 2200 sq ft.

SEP 1999
           
KM opens its first UK stand alone store (KM1) at Freeport Castleford near Leeds. The KM retail concept first conceived in 1988 is now ‘truly born’.

AUG 1999
           
Kurt Muller is incorporated and the board of directors are appointed

JUN 1997
           
KM opens its West End showroom at Great Titchfield Street in London.

Distribution channels are set up from Manchester to supply selected high street retailers,
department stores and upmarket designer menswear independents in the UK and in Europe.

AUG 1988  

Kurt Muller - the brand concept was formed in August 1988 when it acquired the exclusive distribution rights to retail & export the Kurt Muller (KM) brand throughout the UK, Europe,
