What cards do you accept as payment?
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
VISA, VISA DELTA, VISA ELECTRON, VISA PURCHASING, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH, SOLO, JCB.

Why are some items priced differently in stores than on the website?
All prices appearing on this Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
The cost of your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus carriage if applicable.
All goods are subject to availability and the details given are as accurate and complete as possible. Please note that all prices on the website are for on-line purchases only and will not be matched in the stores. Promotions and offers available through our stores will not be matched on the website.
Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT. If this occurs you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the altered price.
We shall be entitled by notifying You to cancel any Contract in whole or in part to the extent that it for the purchase of a Product the price of which was, in error, stated incorrectly on the Website.

DELIVERY

What happens if my parcels fail to arrive?
In the event that your parcel has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch we will begin our missing parcels procedure. Please inform KM customer services (0161 274 4849) of non delivery and you will be sent a missing parcel form which we would ask you to return giving us your permission to carry out a full investigation. Once we have received your completed form, we will resolve your claim within 28 days of receipt and a refund will automatically be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.

RETURNS

How do I return goods?
Ensure that the product is in the original packaging, unworn and in its original condition. Please call KM customer services (0161 274 4849) to obtain a returns authorization number that needs to be entered on the product returns card (enclosed with your order),the reason for returning the product; and your full name and address.
Send the item to us by Royal Mail post at the following address:

Please note the following points in relation to returns.
Products must be returned to us in good condition and with any price labels still attached. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage or indeed the full amount of the refund value of returned products if the product is returned in a condition which makes it unfit for resale.
We shall not be liable for the non-receipt by us of returned goods.
Please send returned products to us by post and retain a copy of the certificate of posting from the Post Office.
Upon receipt by us of the returned products, your credit/debit card will be credited with the purchase price of the products (including the relevant delivery charge if the goods were faulty).

How will I be refunded?
If you are returning Products paid for on your credit or debit card, we will make a credit adjustment directly to your card account. Please remember if you can't produce a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or a receipt from your courier when a returned parcel goes missing, we will not be able to credit your account.

How long have I got to return goods?
There is a 14 days approval period to send back the goods.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Postage will only be refunded if the goods were sent out faulty or an incorrect item has been sent in error.
